By joining the Costguard waitlist or using the Costguard service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Costguard is a cloud cost analysis tool that integrates with GitHub to analyze Terraform pull requests and provide infrastructure cost estimates and architecture recommendations. The service is currently in private beta.
Costguard is currently provided as a beta service. Beta services may contain bugs, experience downtime, and change significantly before general availability. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of cost estimates, or continuity of the service during the beta period.
You agree to use Costguard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Costguard. By using the service, you grant Costguard a limited license to process your Terraform and infrastructure data solely for the purpose of providing cost analysis. We do not claim ownership of your infrastructure code.
Costguard provides cost estimates based on public cloud pricing data and AI analysis. These estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact figures. Actual cloud costs may vary. Costguard is not liable for decisions made based on cost estimates provided by the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Costguard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
